Taking inspiration and learnings from traditional methods our pastries and morning goods are made using the finest ingredients. We have even managed to improve the recipes on a few favourites to make the range even more delicious.

For our part baked butter brioche we follow a traditional French recipe, using only the finest French flour combined with cream, butter and eggs for a deliciously light and yet rich golden loaf. Served in a decorated card loaf tin for added convenience. Great as a breakfast bread or accompaniment to smoked salmon, pâtés and terrines.
