Using a long-running mill close to Paris, our French flour is milled the traditional way.
Wheat is delivered by barge, gathered from fields across France where roads are at least ¼ mile from the grain. Treated with the due care and attention you would expect from French bakers, the flour and therefore the bread produced is of the highest quality imaginable.
In fact our French bread is sourced from some of the most prestigious bakeries in France, so quality isn’t an exception but a guarantee.
Fine examples of our range include our butter brioche, voted ‘product of the year’ by French consumers, and our baguette artisan, which uses only the very finest Camp Remy flour and is hand finished to produce a truly delectable bread.
